In 1932, Jules Brosset took over a country bakery, and half a century later it became the largest brioche-producing cottage industry in Vendée.


The recipe for our brioche has been the same for three generations and has been passed down from father to son. The bakery's kneading machine copies the natural gestures made by the baker in past times to produce the same light, sweet-tasting, fresh brioche.
